Privacy Notice and Request Data
This notice explains how information from project requests and support cases is used and retained.
Last reviewed: 21 October 2026 · Version 3
Information we collect
The initial project form collects your name, phone number, email address, and requested service; your goal, budget, website, and description are optional. Support messages and files you choose to send are also stored with the case. If needed to maintain a formal customer file or prepare project records, an authorized administrator may record a registered name, national ID or company national ID, and economic code in the customer-management area; these identifiers are not requested by the public project form. For visit reporting, we record page paths and referral source. The visitor’s IP address is sent to ipwho.is to estimate country and city; the stored location cache is keyed by a hashed IP, and the raw IP is not written to the visit log.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a proposal, coordinate and deliver the requested service, and provide related support.
- To create a case and tracking code and send necessary service messages about that request. These are transactional messages, not marketing consent; CHIF currently does not use project-form data to send promotional messages or a newsletter.
- To protect the service, limit abuse, and produce aggregate website performance reports.
Access and sharing
Case information is available in CHIF’s management system to authorized staff. It may be processed by technical, hosting, email, or SMS providers only as needed to operate the site or send service messages. Personal information is not sold or provided for unrelated marketing.
Retention and your requests
Case information is kept while it is needed to respond, deliver a project, provide support, handle a dispute, or meet legal obligations. Visit and approximate-location data are kept while needed for reporting and security. There is currently no common automatic deletion period configured for these records. If you can access a verified case, submit an access, correction, deletion, or restriction request from its ticket under “Personal information requests.” If you do not have a tracking code, use the published phone contact for guidance. We verify the requester’s identity before review and assess each request against legal and contractual duties and technical feasibility; submitting a request does not automatically delete data.
Protecting information
Email verification is required to access a support case. Information should only be available to authorized people; however, no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely risk-free. Do not include information that is not needed to assess your request.
Updates
If our use of information changes materially, the updated page and version will be shown with the project request form. Accepting this notice does not authorize unrelated marketing use.
