Project Request and Start Terms

These terms explain the difference between an initial inquiry and a confirmed project, and what is provided before approval and work begins.

Last reviewed: 20 October 2026 · Version 2

What the project form does

The project form records an initial inquiry for review and discussion. Submitting it alone does not create a confirmed order, contract, or payment obligation. If the project is a fit, CHIF will send a separate written proposal.

Written proposal before final agreement

Prices shown on service pages describe the listed service or package. If a project needs more than that scope, its final price and details must be stated in a written proposal and approved before work starts.

  • The service, scope, deliverables, and exclusions.
  • The final amount and related costs, proposal validity, milestones, and schedule.
  • Payment sequence, delivery method, support, revisions, and cancellation or withdrawal terms.

Approval and start of work

Work starts after written approval of the final scope and terms. If a deposit or staged payment applies, its amount and due date will be stated in the proposal. Do not pay based on incomplete information in this form; payment details must be recorded in the official project case.

Withdrawal and cancellation

Project-specific cancellation terms are provided in the written proposal before agreement. Where a distance transaction falls under consumer protections, statutory withdrawal rights, including the period in Articles 37 and 38 of Iran’s Electronic Commerce Law and applicable regulatory exceptions, are respected. Submitting this form alone does not waive a withdrawal right. If you request service to begin before a statutory period ends, we will obtain separate explicit consent and explain its effect before starting.

Delivery, support, and rights in deliverables

Delivery dates, review process, revision limits, after-delivery support, and ownership or license terms for deliverables and third-party tools must be stated in the proposal or written agreement for each project. Publishing a client’s name, image, or deliverable as a portfolio item also requires separately recorded permission; it does not follow from submitting a request or approving a deliverable. Terms for one service are not automatically applied to another.

If the service cannot be performed

If CHIF cannot perform an obligation after receiving payment, handling of the refund follows applicable law and the written agreement for that project. Use your request code and support ticket to follow up.
